In immunology research and clinical testing, PBMC or whole blood flow cytometry is routine. Cryopreservation quality directly impacts downstream flow cytometry and functional assays.

Traditional PBMC cryopreservation often uses Ficoll separation + serum (FBS) + DMSO, which adds cost, operational complexity, and potential variability.

CS-PM-D1 changes the game:

✔️ Ready-to-use, no FBS needed

✔️ Short-term storage: -80°C; long-term: transfer to liquid nitrogen

✔️ Post-thaw: directly flow cytometry ready, cleaner data, better cell status

✔️ Maintains cell viability and subset distribution comparable to fresh PBMC

Our systematic validation shows that simpler can also be better — less handling, more reproducible, and superior flow cytometry results.
